Walt Dindoffer has been responsible for saving over $52,000,000 in energy costs over his 29 years of experience. This has been accomplished through management of commercial, institutional and industrial energy systems & projects implemented. Well over 350 energy efficiency improvement projects have been studied, developed, implemented and audited. He is certified as an ENERGY STARĀ® PARTNER with the Department of Energy and the Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Dindoffer has implemented facility audits in schools, churches, hotels, warehouses, power plants, roofing manufacturing, and textile manufacturing etc. Mr. Dindoffer completed utility bill evaluations for 44 different Electric utilities, Natural Gas Utilities and Petroleum refiners rate evaluations. This took place in 13 different states and provinces, and purchased over $200 million of energy. The equipment he evaluates is Lighting, Air Conditioning, HVAC systems, Chillers,Water Systems, heating, cooling and environmental, Motors, and drive systems, Insulation, Window systems, and Door Systems etc.

Mr. Dindoffer attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI and received his BSME in Mechanical Engineering. He later attended the University of Toledo in Toledo, OH and received an MBA in Finance. Mr. Dindoffer continues to take course work, attend seminars and lectures to stay current of fields practiced. Mr. Dindoffer passed the EIT professional engineering exam in April 1980. He was awarded Dennison Manufacturing Corporation and received the Productivity Award for Energy Conservation Projects in 1982. Mr Dindoffer was also awarded several National and Regional Manufacturing Safety Awards. Mr. Dindoffer is an adjunct Professor at Spring Arbor University from 1999-Present, with areas of study in economics, management and organizational development courses. He also is a professor at Owens Community College, 2004-present, with areas of concentrate in Statistics and Quality Control. Mr. Dindoffer is a trainer in quality, Lean tools, Supervision, Productivity, Safety and Energy Trainer. Organizations Mr. Dindoffer is a member of include, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), American Society for Quality (ASQ), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Safety Council of North West Ohio.
