Communications Manager Ford Motor Company
Nancy was recruited to Ford Motor Company in 2000, and held a number of positions in Public Affairs. Her responsibilities included global internal communications, broadcast media interface, Manager Ford Communication Network- the company’s daily news organization and 300 person production unit, and communication strategy and execution for Ford Motor Company Fund and Community Services. After the tsunami of 2005, Nancy helped create the Global Ford Volunteer Corps, and created an annual volunteer event, Global Week of Caring.

Television Report/Anchor
Emmy award winning WJBK television reporter, Nancy McCauley Branstetter reported Detroit history on a daily basis for more than two decades. Special assignments included researching, writing and producing television specials on Agent Orange, the Pope’s visit to the U.S. and Canada and a cultural exchange program with China.

She was honored with Emmy Awards for a series of stories on Missing Children and Investigative Reporting- Heroine on the Streets, a documentary on Children’s Hospital and reporting on Working Women’s issues. She also received awards from the Detroit Press Club. Associated Press and various community awards.

Nancy is an experienced political reporter, and has interviewed every U.S. President from Jimmy Carter to George W. Bush.

Nancy earned a Master of Arts, Communications from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts, Journalism from Michigan State University. She is on the Board of Directors of Starfish Family Services and Green Team Coalition.
