PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Mr. Lindeberg had 25 years of experience in creating successful sustainability oriented businesses and programs, brings strong technical, management and financial skills to projects. He focuses on developing sustainable systems in the areas of material recovery and processing systems, recycling and solid waste collection, biomass energy systems, solid waste management systems, business plan development and planning, capital project planning, and design engineering and implementation. Mr. Lindeberg’s is experienced in the systematic development of capital projects including biomass energy power plants, material recovery and solid waste handling, by-product recovery, biosolids composting, and recycling collection/procurement programs. Mr. Lindeberg started the engineering practice at his firm and also had the opportunity to pursue the development of environmental and sustainable technology through his involvement in the non-profit Environmental Capital Network and his own ventures into “green” home and resort construction. In these last ventures, he was the managing partner in charge of designing, financing, and constructing more than $30 million worth of multi-family housing units. These developments are all integrate solar, healthy house, and low-waste construction techniques into their execution.

EDUCATION
Mr. Lindeberg worked as Management Consulting and Implementation with the City of Saint Paul/Eureka Recycling Financing (2000-07). He worked with the City of Ann Arbor MRF/Transfer Station/Compost Facility Upgrade Phase I (1992-95) and Phase II (2003-07). Mr. Lindeberg worked with Lansing/Michigan State University for Recycling Collection and Processing Feasibility Assessment and Design (1995-98) and with Resource Recovery Authority of Southwestern Oakland County Recycling Program Development and Facility Procurement. These are just a few of the many projects Mr. Lindeberg has achieved in his experience in the field.
